The Jilbere Ceramic Pro 1" Flat Iron is going to be the one that will best be suited for most hair types. The ceramic used in the plates is made using a 3-stage process. This entails that the ceramic is sand-blasted to ensure a smooth, flawless surface; is degreased to remove any foreign particles that would degrade the performance of the ceramic; and a neutralizing and rinsing process that helps to balance the negative ion charge and ensure the cleanest possible surface.
The overall look and feel of the straightener is very classy and the feature you get and the best you can get. However, if there was one feature that stands out for me, it has to be the 25 heat settings. Most other high-end brands like Infrashine and T3 come with about five heat settings. With 25 different setting you can really fine tune the temperature to best suit your hair.
The Jilbere de Paris Definition series with 1 1/2" plates offers the same features as the 1" but the extra width of the plates would make it a better choice if your hair is coarse of very thick.

Reviews of Jilbere flat iron are overwhelmingly positive. But, if you are seriously thinking of getting yourself one, then I would recommend the Nano Tech Digital; it really is a professional studio hair styler.
